Are meals included with my conference pass?
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on all three days. Tuesday, Jan 21 will feature a light dinner and the evening party on Wednesday, Jan 22 includes dinner as well. In addition, we will provide morning break snacks and afternoon snacks on all days.


I have special needs (dietary/mobility/accessibility/etc). What accommodations are available?
Dietary needs can be indicated during the registration process, and the Hilton New Orleans Riverside is an accessible venue. Please contact us with any specific concerns.


What attire is recommended for Kaltura Connect?
During the conference, business casual attire is appropriate. New Orleans in January has an average high temperature of 63 degrees F/17 degrees C.


Can I register for a single day?
No, registrations to the conference include both days, with an optional additional training day. It is not possible to register for a single day.


Can I pay with a Purchase Order/check instead of a credit card?
Payment by credit card or PayPal is preferred. If this is not possible for your organization, please contact us to arrange another method of payment.


I made a mistake in my registration information. How do I correct this?
Contact us to edit registration information.


Can I register a group of people?
One organizer may register up to 10 people at a time. Please make sure you have the full information for everyone you want to register before you begin; the registration page will time out if you leave it unattended for too long. There are no discounts for groups.


Does Kaltura Connect have a code of conduct or other policy for attendee behavior?
Yes. You can find it here.


I’m a speaker and I would like to pitch to Kaltura Connect. How can I do this?
Please fill out this form, includes your name, title, and your proposed abstract. If you intend to present as part of a group, only one submission is necessary; however, please make sure you include the information of all your speakers.


Do I need a laptop for training sessions?
The training sessions will include hands-on activities, so a laptop that can log into your Kaltura account is recommended.


I can’t make it to Kaltura Connect. What’s the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, you must submit your cancellation via email. Cancellations received via email on or before December 6, 2019 will be eligible for a full refund of registration fees. After December 6, 2019, any cancellations received will not be eligible for a refund. However, if you find that you are unable to attend the event, you may nominate a substitute Attendee to take your place. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the event start date. Please submit any substitution requests via email.
